Why Karen Herbert, operations director won IPIA Best Employee of the year
Congratulations to our Operations Director Karen. During April, Karen was quite poorly and off work for 3 weeks with coronavirus, despite this, she continued on working from home, coordinating production and client services for the business.
Since then, under immense pressure, she has continued to go above and beyond ensuring the business successfully serviced an incredibly busy period producing daily COVID survey mailings.
