Using a Digital Stamp as opposed to a Postage Paid Impression (PPI) on
your mail is perceived by recipients as being more personal and can have a positive effect on response rates. So, even if you don’t usually use a digital stamp, why not give it a try on your Christmas mailings and bring a little extra festive cheer to your customers?
When can you use it?
To make the most of your seasonal campaigns you can apply the Christmas digital stamp image to your mail from 5th November 2019 until 31st January 2020, subject to meeting the criteria listed below.
How can you use it?
If you wish to use a Digital Stamp design on your mailings, you must:
Use Mailmark for all digital stamp mailings
Have entered into the Digital Stamp Agreement
Ensure that your print supplier is aware of and completes the required approval process prior to Digital Stamp being used. The approval process must be completed by all customers.
Be able to meet all aspects of the Digital Stamp Design Specification
Ensure that you use the correct Digital Stamp artwork.
