Sales Director

With 3 young and energetic children, my time at home is just as busy as my days in the office or on the road getting the Eight Plus brand and client base up and running.

I try and visit my ‘happy place’ of Switzerland as much as possible, any excuse to be up a mountain in the Winter or Summer with fresh clean air and no mobile phone reception.

I also enjoy playing football with my mates, golf (when I have a spare 4 hours, so it’s very rare unless with clients!) and spending time with my family in Switzerland and in the UK.

My standout skills are in utilising my extensive knowledge of print and supporting my customers with their campaigns and ensuring they make their print campaigns innovative and impactful. Maximising my client's print budgets and their campaign effectiveness through cost-effective and innovative print solutions.

Proudest moment working for Eight Plus?

Sitting down with Lance at the end of 2021 with a blank sheet of paper and mapping out our vision for Eight Plus and then bringing that to life in January 2022. Then being able to assemble the industry’s finest team across the Eight Plus business in terms of Sales, Account Management, Commercial/Compliance and Technical expertise. It gives me a great sense of pride in what the business has achieved since January and the high-profile customers that we have been fortunate enough to have started out with us on our journey. I’m so excited about where the next few years will take us.

We have challenged the conventional print management model, by providing a solution to our client base, adding value to our customers through our knowledge, expertise and technical capabilities is totally unique in the marketplace. We bring all of our manufacturing experience and transfer that knowledge into matching up our client's print requirements with the very best print solution through our network of approved and trusted print partners.

What do you love about the print industry?

Nothing beats the pride and satisfaction of seeing the finished product that you and the customer have worked on the last months planning and creating.

The smell of a sheet-fed press hall gets me every time and takes me back 30 years to when my Dad was running his own repro and print business and where my print career started sweeping the floor, cleaning the toilets and making the tea.

What moment are you most proud of?

The achievement of creating and building the Eight Plus business and the excitement of our journey ahead.
