Caroline Varley Commerical Manager at Eight Plus

Commercial Manager

Outside of working hours, I’ll usually be obsessing over Wordle, ferrying my 8-year-old around, buying and selling on Vinted or trying to squeeze in a bike ride near the sea.

I also enjoy cooking, drinking nice wine, going on holiday and watching cricket.

My standout skills are in Print Procurement, Senior Account Management, Vendor Management and being really well organised!

Proudest moment working for Eight Plus?

Winning my first order

Why do you love working for Eight Plus?

It’s exciting to be contributing to the success of a new business underpinned by a successful manufacturing operation, working with colleagues who I like, respect, am able to challenge and learn from.

What makes Eight Plus so special/different?

We know our stuff; we believe in acting with integrity at all times, and we only want to work with clients where we can add true value to their print activity.

What do you love about the print industry?

Seeing a finished perfect bound publication come off the binding line.

What moment are you most proud of?

Winning my first order and seeing that project come to fruition.
